“The best way for me to recommend this place to people is to ask them to come experience it themselves.
My first time ever doing yoga properly and at a studio. The studio is equipped with props which is one of the highlights for me, don’t ask me the type of yoga because that’s not even what Shama ma’am believes in, it’s more of a holistic approach (but yes the forms are mainly Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga! Infact she even does clinical yoga.
I’ve done aerial yoga at the studio as well and absolutely loved it. The studio is located in a bungalow so the surroundings are pretty serene.
I even had my wellness coaching done with Shama. Basically once you go to the studio there is so much to learn and amazing how much more we start respecting our bodies.
I absolutely love the atmosphere in the studio and ma’am is quite relaxed and fun while she is absolutely full of knowledge about the mind and the body.

From IIT Mumbai to yoga, our path to Samsara was unconventional. Shama’s lifelong yoga practice and Vikas’s deep dive into meditation and the mysteries of the mind shaped our approach.
