“I am from Hubli and i had an online Cellular Nutrition and Wellness Coaching session with Shama Ma’am. The session with her was really good. I got to know how the system of the body exactly works. 

My condition was really bad earlier. It meant that I was not able to have fruits or vegetables and sprouted moong at all. I used to have only moong dal and rice. I used to have inflammation many times in the stomach and sometimes I used to pass blood in the stools.

From IIT Mumbai to yoga, our path to Samsara was unconventional. Shama’s lifelong yoga practice and Vikas’s deep dive into meditation and the mysteries of the mind shaped our approach.
