My first time ever doing yoga properly and at a studio. The studio is equipped with props which is one of the highlights for me, don’t ask me the type of yoga because that’s not even what Shama ma’am believes in, it’s more of a holistic approach (but yes the forms are mainly Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga! Infact she even does clinical yoga.
I’ve done aerial yoga at the studio as well and absolutely loved it. The studio is located in a bungalow so the surroundings are pretty serene.
I even had my wellness coaching done with Shama. Basically once you go to the studio there is so much to learn and amazing how much more we start respecting our bodies.
I absolutely love the atmosphere in the studio and ma’am is quite relaxed and fun while she is absolutely full of knowledge about the mind and the body.
Speaking of the workout perspective it’s a one hour session which mostly get extended to an hour and fifteen which shows that it isn’t just a time bound thing. Done, out and leave. Shama is ever ready to help you and is a great guide if you wish to learn yoga and seek a Guru.

From IIT Mumbai to yoga, our path to Samsara was unconventional. Shama’s lifelong yoga practice and Vikas’s deep dive into meditation and the mysteries of the mind shaped our approach.
We expanded our expertise with Fellowships in Nutritional & Environmental Medicine (FINEM) and various other trainings.

No prior experience is required. We offer beginner to advanced level classes to meet you at your experience level. Our skilled teachers will guide you.
For optimal benefits, we recommend attending 5 classes per week. However, even practicing once or twice a week can provide noticeable improvements.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid overly loose clothes that might interfere with your practice.
Yes. While we provide all other necessary equipment, we do not provide yoga mats for hygiene reasons. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Our classes typically run for 1 hour, allowing time for warm-up, practice, and cool-down.
While our regular classes offer many health benefits, they are not specifically designed for medical treatment. For specific health concerns, we recommend our Medical Yoga Therapy program.
Yoga classes aim for general well-being while yoga therapy is customised to treat specific health conditions. Both can be done together.
We recommend our specialized Prenatal Yoga classes for expecting mothers. Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise regimen during pregnancy.
