“The best way for me to recommend this place to people is to ask them to come experience it themselves.
My first time ever doing yoga properly and at a studio. The studio is equipped with props which is one of the highlights for me, don’t ask me the type of yoga because that’s not even what Shama ma’am believes in, it’s more of a holistic approach (but yes the forms are mainly Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga! Infact she even does clinical yoga.

I’ve done aerial yoga at the studio as well and absolutely loved it. The studio is located in a bungalow so the surroundings are pretty serene.
I even had my wellness coaching done with Shama. Basically once you go to the studio there is so much to learn and amazing how much more we start respecting our bodies.

I absolutely love the atmosphere in the studio and ma’am is quite relaxed and fun while she is absolutely full of knowledge about the mind and the body.

Speaking of the workout perspective it’s a one hour session which mostly get extended to an hour and fifteen which shows that it isn’t just a time bound thing. Done, out and leave. Shama is ever ready to help you and is a great guide if you wish to learn yoga and seek a Guru.

I cannot imagine my week without my yoga sessions. And whatever be your age if you seek a more meaningful existence and a healthy body to live in get into yoga.

Our Journey

From IIT Mumbai to yoga, our path to Samsara was unconventional. Shama’s lifelong yoga practice and Vikas’s deep dive into meditation and the mysteries of the mind shaped our approach.

We expanded our expertise with Fellowships in Nutritional & Environmental Medicine (FINEM) and various other trainings.

Yes, our classes cater to all levels. Instructors provide modifications and ensure proper technique for a safe experience.

Wear form-fitting clothing that covers your arms and legs to prevent slipping. Avoid jewelry or zippers that might snag the fabric.

Aerial Yoga incorporates a suspended hammock, allowing for deeper stretches, easier inversions, and unique poses not possible on the mat.

Our hammocks typically support up to 75 kg. However, please consult with us if you have concerns.
