“My experience with Samsara The Yoga Studio was awesome. Shama and her team are experts in yoga. The studio gives you positive vibes, it is clean, well ventilated and spacious.

I had joined for medical yoga as I had a problem with my cervical spine-spondylitis. I did one month of therapy with them and I was relieved of my chronic pain and tingling numbness.

I have seen patients with neurological problems coming and also how quickly they recover with yoga therapy at Samsara.

“Most of the Yoga classes I attended in India and Canada only taught me the basics of power, flow or Hatha Yoga but at Samsara, Shama teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Chair yoga, Partner yoga as well as Iyengar Yoga derivatives with props, wall ropes, bricks and belts, aerial hammocks, etc.

Shama The Maestra and Vikas The Maestro With Shama at Samsara the emphasis is more on Dhyan as being the ultimate objective of the Sadhana rather than just the physical aspect of Yoga. With the help of Vikas Rana – the extremely accomplished Spiritual Coach, Meditation and Mind Management Maestro and husband of Shama, I have been able to dive deep into the thus far untouched recesses of my mind.

Shama – The Nutritional Medicine Healer Not only is Shama just a Yoga Guru, she has also mastered the practice of Nutritional Medicine – the science behind vitamins and minerals – and how they can rejuvenate your whole being.

After conducting a comprehensive blood test that covered 92 parameters of my wellness – Shama encouraged me to stop taking multi vitamins that I had been ingesting for 30 years. Some of its ingredients were harming my heart and my hormones and that none of the doctors ever diagnosed. Instead she prescribed a course of individual vitamins and minerals that have reenergized me at the cellular level. I have shed five kilos of my body weight. From IIT Mumbai to yoga, our path to Samsara was unconventional. Shama’s lifelong yoga practice and Vikas’s deep dive into meditation and the mysteries of the mind shaped our approach.
