From IIT Mumbai to yoga, our path to Samsara was unconventional. Shama’s lifelong yoga practice and Vikas’s deep dive into meditation and the mysteries of the mind shaped our approach.
We expanded our expertise with Fellowships in Nutritional & Environmental Medicine (FINEM) and various other trainings.

Medical Yoga Therapy, also known as Rope and Belt Therapy, was pioneered by Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar (Padmabhushan) in 1970, and further developed by Dr. S.V. Karandikar, an ardent disciple of Iyengar Guruji.
